Boynton Health's Pet Away Worry & Stress (PAWS) features sessions with licensed therapy animals on the University of Minnesota campus. Students can stop by four days a week during the school year to interact with dogs, cats, bunnies, and even chickens!
PAWS has been providing stress relief to UMN students since 2013, and ahead of the program's 10 year anniversary, the Marketing and Communications team at Boynton Health wanted to overhaul the program's branding to better resonate with the PAWS mission and target audience.
As part of the branding overhaul, a new logo and icon were created, the much loved trading cards were refreshed and revitalized, colors and typography were honed, and the overall brand imagery was reimagined to bring a cohesive brand identity and voice to the PAWS program.
The collectible PAWS trading cards are a huge hit with the University of Minnesota community. For the rebrand, the cards were completely overhauled with custom illustrations and a vibrant color palette to play up the fun personalities of each PAWS animal and to make the cards even more exciting to collect.
PAWS partnered with Wellness Pet Company to create shirts for the PAWS handlers to wear. If you see one of these in the wild, you'll know PAWS is nearby!
